Anger/Fear/Sadness

Isn't this the age of technology, of rational thought? Then why are even the most basic decisions controlled by our primitive brain? Sometimes it's that the anger, fear and/or sadness we experience devolve from another family member. As children, most of us are taught not to acknowledge these feelings; we are taught to ignore them. Therapy can help identify and understand these feelings, helping us to live life from a position of possibility rather than anger, fear or sadness.
